Adobong Sitaw - one of the easiest and nutritious vegetable dish that we can serve to our beloved kids. Full of vitamins and minerals. It is also tasty and delicious food good for weekly menu.We can put chicken, pork and seafood like shrimps .I choose pork meat for this recipe.
So here's my recipe.
Adobong Sitaw with pork
Ingredients:
1/4 kilo pork meat cubes
1 tbsp oil
2 gloves garlic crushed
1 medium onion chopped
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1.Sautee oil with garlic,onion pork and fry for 15 minutes.
2.Put soy sauce, fish sauce,and string beans leave for about 5 minutes.
3.Add vinegar and season with salt and pepper and leave for another 5 minutes .
4.Place in a plate and serve with rice.Enjoy!
