The Mt. Province Police Provincial Office reported that they filed a case of reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide and injuries against the driver of GV Florida Bus, which fell into a ravine last Feb. 7, 2014 killing 15 and injuring 31 passengers. S/Supt. Enmodias, provincial director said the bus driver Edgar Renon is still recuperating from injuries at Bontoc General Hospital and is under heavy guard. Enmodias also reported that Cristian Cabardo age 38 from Quezon City who suffered serious injuries in the accident died at the Makati Medical Center last Feb. 7, 2014 raising the number of casualties to 15. Cabardo was among the companions of Tado Jimenez who died on the spot in the crash in Sitio Paggang, Brgy. Talubin in Bontoc, Mt. Province.
