The Philippines is among the top 15 dirty money exporters worldwide according to the study of the Global Financial Integrity a non profit research and advocacy organization in the United States. It's latest reports is the "Illicit Financial Flows from Developing Countries 2002-2011" which is its annual update on the amount of money flowing out of developing economies as a result of crime, corruption and tax evasion. Dirty money refers to illegal business, tax evasion, crime and corruption. The Philippines has ranked 14th over the past 10 yrs. In 2011 Philippines was the 15th dirty money exporter. China is the biggest exporter over the past 10 years while Russia topped the the list of illegal capital on 2011.
