A total of 65 passengers were wounded in a collision between 2 Victory Liner buses at National Highway, Old Cabalan of this city Sunday. According to a report by Chief Insp. Catubya of the PNP Olangapo Traffic Enforcement Unit at around 6:30 am the head on collision was between an ordinary fare bus with number 1743 driven by Faustino Esteban Plate No. CXG-108 and its an air conditioned bus. The air conditioned bus with number 50 was driven by Guagua resident Emilio Ocampo with Plate No. CXB-481. The report stated that the regular bus was en route to Bataan when it came face to face with other bus going to Olangapo City from Manila. The wounded passengers were rushed by the residents of the area and emergency responders of the city where most of the victims taken. The 2 drivers were currently undergoing medical procedures for their injuries.
