A 4.5 magnitude earthquake has jolted Tagbilaran City at 1:21 pm Tuesday. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PhiVolcs), intensity V was felt in San Isidro, Bohol and Mandaue City. Intensity IV was recorded in Cebu City while it was felt at Intensity III in Lapu-Lapu City and Calape, Bohol. The quake which has a depth of 9 Km was located at 31 Km NE of Tagbilaran City. PhiVolcs said that this is an aftershock of the 7.2 magnitude earthquake which struck Bohol last Oct. 15, 2013.
