Synopsis: 1,125 Km East North-east of Itbayat, Batanes with Max. Winds of 160 Kph Gustiness 195 Kph.
Forecast: The regions of Ilocos, Cordillera and Cagayan Valley will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the North East to North will prevail over Luzon and coming from North to North West over the Eastern section of Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the North to North West with slight to moderate seas.
