PHL government and SoKor have agreed to hasten the Philippine acquisition of a dozen FA-50 Jet Fighters which cost at Php 18.976 Billion, PNoy said after his meeting with SoKor Pres. Park Geun Hye at the Blue House last Thursday. The acquisition of the new military jets will enhance the capability of the Phil. Air Force in protecting the skies of the country, which they have decommissioned most of their F-5 back in 2005. Each airplane cost Php 1.5 Billion will come from the Korean Aerospace Industries in SoKor.
