The operation of Metro Rail Transit Line 3 were hold for more than 30 mins. Last Friday afternoon after a man went inside the rail tracks after climbing on the perimeter fence on the northbound portion in front of New York Ave. in Cubao, Quezon City. According to the Controller the man who had no shirt and in green short pants climbed the cyclone wire fence at around 3pm and held on the electric power line which electrocuted him. The man fell down on the rail tracks which had his head first as he fell down, then a train arrived but miraculously he was not ran over as he stayed on the middle of the rail tracks. The train stop on the 3rd coach, he was rushed to the East Avenue Medical Center.
