The Commission on Elections Chairman Sixto Brillantes tells us his satisfaction with the conditions of the 2013 Barangay Elections which held today. However he said that some poll watchers behave as if they know the entire procedure of counting and canvassing which sometimes creates confusion and concerns. At exactly 3 p.m. all voting was over to all precincts in the entire Philippines although others exceeded as an order by the Board of Election Tellers. The final verdict will be released within 24 Hrs.
