Malacanang has hailed the peaceful and orderly conduct of the Barangay Elections but reminded the public to be constant vigilant during the periods of ballot counting. Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. said that the government has not received any reports or updates of serious problems in Lanao del Norte and Maguindanao, which are in the list of the critical areas of concern in the Autnomous Region of Muslim Mindanao. The proclamation of winning candidates will be held before the noon of the November 30 he said.
