Greece will start Buying tickets via mobile this coming Christmas

New way to purchase tickets on public transport, via mobile and tablet, which is expected to start from this coming Christmas, preparing Greece.
The specific application will "descend" on mobile and then easily be able to see all available ticket types and buy locally.
The payment will be done automatically via credit, debit or prepaid card that is linked to the specific application.
Then, the passenger will be able to activate it by pressing a button. The mobile screen will display a unique code, and the countdown time duration of the ticket.
In case the passenger checked by the controller, then he/she will show the mobile screen with the unique code whose validity will be confirmed with the scanning from specific scanner.
