// I am a filipina currently living in Greece.  I was born in the Philippines and have lived there for 22 years. I took a big step and moved to Greece where I now live.  Since then, I developed a love for food and writting online.  Though I am not a chef, I enjoy cooking and trying out delicacies everywhere I go.  I believe that food is a reflection of culture and what better way to dig deep into one’s culture than to eat their food?  Some of my fondest and treasured memories were shared with my family and friends around our dining table. My work in this blog www.tsismosaonline.com is about food yes, but more than that, it is about creating memories you surround yourself with. This blog will also track my journey to taking better pictures.  I love singing in the kitchen while washing plates and looking at creative food shots which gives life to the words of the recipe.
