Senate President Franklin Drilon takes the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge at the Senate on Monday, September 1, after being nominated by Iloilo Rep. Niel Tupas last week. The challenge aims to raise awareness to the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis disease and raise funds for research to stop it.
