On Tuesday, at around 2PM, April 8, 2014 Cebu City hits by tornado, particularly in Sitio Lawis and Sitio Nava in Alaska, Barangay Mambaling.
The tornado which was clocked at 200 kilometers per hour also hits Duljo Fatima, Barangay Tisa in Cebu City and Barangay San Roque in Talisay City.
According to reports, at least 29 houses that were damaged in Sitio Lawis and Nava in Alaska, Mambaling, Cebu City, and tore through the coastal village of Cebu City.
The incident also caused power outage in the area after housing materials got caught in power lines.
