The operations of the Metro Rail Transit-3 (MRT-3) on Tuesday morning were again disrupted due to broken rails between North and Quezon Ave. MRT 3 said on it's twitter account "implemented a provisional service from Shaw to Taft Ave. Intervention ongoing." MRT Gen. Manager Vitangcol III said that the train can only take the Shaw to Taft Ave. route and it will take 2 hours to fix the line.
