Vice Pres. Binay said Thursday that 80% to 85% of the Capiz province have been damaged by the Super Typhoon Yolanda. VP Binay was able to talk to Capiz Gov. Tanco Thursday when he visited the province to asses the damage brought by the powerful storm and determine the needs of the affected residents. He also said that compare it to Ilo-Ilo the province of Capiz is far more devastated. The debris and fallen electric posts blocked the roads while many houses were severely damaged.
