PNoy will fly to typhoon-stricken Tacloban City in Leyte Sunday to personally asses the relief efforts on the ground after the devastation brought by Super Typhoon Yolanda. "Pres. Aquino will travel on Tacloban on Sunday Nov. 17, 2013" said by Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Herminio Coloma. The president who visited Tacloban last Sunday Nov. 10 after the Super Typhoon Yolanda flattened the area on Nov. 8 will be back in Tacloban after a week to show the people of Tacloban that he is one with them in this tragic time. PNoy was originally scheduled to go to Tacloban Saturday but Deputy presidential spokesperson Valte said some details are still being finalized.
