3 Pathologist struggle on Monday to give identity to dozens of fast decomposing bodies at the mass grave, victims of the strongest typhoon ever recorded, illustrating the scale of the task that the Philippines faces in the City of Tacloban. More than 3,900 people are believed to have been killed when Super Typhoon Yolanda made landfall in the central Philippines on Nov. 8 and the sea surged ashore greater than that of tsunami. The Pathologist from Manila's University of the Philippines worked with 3 morticians to identify the bodies laid out in the dirt on the edge of the pit in the evening sunlight. As the Pathologist overturned the bodies, they took photographs and notes of features, dimensions and other details like clothes, jewelry and mobile phones.
