To educate thousands of Overseas Filipino Workers and their families on alternative livelihood programs and successful entrepreneurship, the Villar Foundation, together with Go Negosyo, held the "3rd OFW and Family Entrepreneurship Summit" yesterday at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. Sen. Cynthia Villar managing director of the Villar Foundation said "Our orientation is to gain employment, we expose them to the opportunities, such as retailing, franchising, dealership, brokerage, transportation and agribusiness." "Many of the OFW's go home due to Saudization, the Arab Spring, or problems in Taiwan and Hong Kong, So alternative livelihood is vital." .
