Last Sunday, a flash flood caused by the heavy downpour left 1 dead and 3 missing. The flash flood forced schools and universities to close. The incident has prompted the authorities to urged its citizen to remain indoors. Saudi Arabia as one of the desert countries never experienced heavy rainfall.
