The said bags are meant to be given to the 7.2 magnitude earthquake victims in Bohol. "Pati relief goods for Bohol may pangalan. Not good. You've reached a new low, Mr. Vice President," Admin of Anti-Epal wrote. Netizens are wondering if Binay used his own money for those packed goods. It's an early form of campaign in presidency by 2016. The photo has been liked for 900 times and made 3,000 shares on Facebook.
