Government departments such as the social welfare and development and energy department had admitted and tell us the truth of receiving the Php 3.5 Billion of additional allotment from the scandalous and controversial Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) on the past years. DSWD had keep on claiming the fact of they used the funds properly and accordingly one of those are social services within the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). According to their statement they also use the DAP funds for social programs such as day care centers, modified shelters, emergency shelters, supplementary feeding, sustainable livelihood and cash for work. On the other side Department of Energy said its Php 1.5 Billion additional funding are given on "Stepping-up its electrification programs upon rural areas." "The line connection and enhancement projects to 2,219 sitios nationwide" according to the energy department. They also remain to its mandate that all disbursements are accounted for and non are wasted.
