Last Monday a strong quake that has a magnitude of 6.7 hit Kermadec Islands but there's lesser type of tsunami that will the Pacific Region. The island is uninhabited and also a part of the Pacific Ring of Fire, the island is known for 3 strong quakes for the past years even reaching to the magnitude 7.0 in 2011.
