Sen. Cayetano coined Sen. Estrada "He Who Must Not Be Named"

Sen. Cayetano in blue ribbon committee hearing session this Thursday  had been referring this so called "He Who Must Not Be Named" to Sen. Estrada as COA (Commission on Audit) report is been submitting details regarding the PDAF scam (Priority Development Assistance Fund) and the Sen. Estrada has been curious for which the COA is not broadening and detailing all of the irregularities with Co-Senators such as Sen. Santiago and Sen. Cayetano including also the House Minority Leader Neptali Gonzales.

Sen. Cayetano in aiming to defend his position question the Justice Sec. De Lima that if there are any irregular expenses does it mean it has been stolen or brought somewhere else and she replied no and tell Sen. Cayetano that the entire department is doing everything in its means to give the truth and honest conclusion regarding with the PDAF Scam.

Cayetano had also strike that the House Minority Leader Rep. Gonzales who purchase Jollibee burgers worth Php 6.6 million for people who had been victims of calamities and floods for the City of Taguig. In his joke he said that he never knew that the Jollibee is an NGO (Non- Government Organization) under Janet Lim Napoles the alleged  person in plunder case. He also ask if being a fool is against the law and De Lima replied no.
