Recipe of the Day-Sweet grapes with ginger

Sweet grapes with ginger
Ingredients
1 ½ pound of sultana grapes
5cm fresh ginger
750g. sugar
1 ½ cups. water
1 lemon (juice)
1 sprig of ginger (or vanilla)

Wash and drain thoroughly grapes and purify the tzintzer.

In a saucepan over very low simmer temperature on their own grapes to leave many fluids for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except the lemon juice and ginger.

At very low temperatures allow the cakes to tie while skimming mid-term to become translucent. Once thickens add the lemon juice and ginger and remove from the heat.

Pour hot sweet in jars, seal and turn upside down jars.
