The 2014 national budget of the House of Representative which has been proposed by the government has been approved at 2:19 am in Saturday for the 2nd reading. The Php 25 Billion lump sum for Priority Development Assistance Fund or PDAF has been shift and divided within the 6 government agencies. The arrangement goes within this list:
35% Php 9.654 Billion=> DPWH
20% Php 4.713 Billion=> DSWD
15% Php 3.691 Billion=> DepEd-CHED
15% Php 3.691 Billion=>DoLE
15% Php 3.691 Billion=>DoH
The budget program has been implemented for the reason of the Pork Barrel Scam headed by Janet Lim-Napoles.
