A very tasty dish , perfect for a Sunday dinner parties and more.

Ingredients for 6 people :
1 large chicken , cut into 6 servings
300g . fresh tomatoes , chopped
1 pound green peppers " horns"
400g . feta cheese, cut into small cubes
2-3 cloves garlic , finely chopped
½ cup red wine
½ cup olive oil
salt and pepper
execution:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and sauté in olive oil in wide skillet until brown on all sides. Add the garlic and stir to release the aromas .
Add the tomatoes and water as needed to cover the chicken . Cover the pot and simmer for 35-40 minutes, until chicken is tender . Then remove from the pan but leave it to the sauce .
Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers and sauté whole in a little olive oil . When browned on all sides , remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Stuff the peppers with feta and Lay in the bottom of the pot , into the sauce . Place portions of chicken on top and , if necessary , add a little water. Simmer until flavors are blended and the sauce thickens well .
Serve with rice or noodles .
